Privacy policy
Effective September 8, 2026. This policy explains what Nevatronix, LLC collects when you use nevatronix.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Nevatronix, LLC is a contract manufacturer at 7240 W. Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89113, USA. This policy covers the three websites we operate:
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form you choose what to send: your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of your request, and any drawings or files you attach. Uploaded files are stored privately and used only to answer your request and, if you order, to make your parts.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses analytics to understand which pages are useful:
- Google Analytics records page views and interactions such as clicks on our phone number. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through pages, including scrolling, clicks, and session replays. Text you type into forms is masked.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and measures page speed without setting cookies.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security, and runs the Turnstile check that keeps automated spam out of our forms.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and follow up about it.
- To keep the business records a manufacturer needs, such as quotes and orders.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site and our systems from abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare for hosting, storage of form submissions and uploaded files, and bot protection.
- Google for Google Analytics.
- Microsoft for Clarity.
- Resend to deliver form submissions to our sales team by email.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not share your drawings or technical data with anyone outside Nevatronix except suppliers involved in making your parts, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics. The site works without cookies.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and uploaded files are kept for as long as we need them to respond to your request and to keep our business records, and are deleted when you ask. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@nevatronix.com. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time.
Nevada residents. We do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law (NRS 603A). You may still submit a request to the address above.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information. You may request to know or delete the personal information we hold about you using the address above.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in private storage that only our team can reach.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
