Digital Signage, Menu Boards & Wayfinding

Custom digital signage, digital menu boards, and wayfinding displays — enclosure, integration, and outdoor-rated builds designed and manufactured in Las Vegas.

Digital signage is a purpose-built display system — a digital menu board, wayfinding directory, or promotional screen — housed in a durable enclosure and integrated with power, controls, and content playback. Nevatronix designs and manufactures the full assembly in-house from its Las Vegas facility: the sheet-metal structure, the finish, the display and electro-mechanical integration, and the final test that confirms it works before it ships.

Enclosure fabrication and finish

Each enclosure starts as flat-pattern sheet metal — aluminum, stainless, cold-rolled, or plate steel — cut and formed to the display and mounting geometry, up to 60 × 120 in. per sheet. Structures are welded, deburred, and finished in powder coat or silk screen for a production-grade, field-ready appearance and corrosion resistance, whether the unit lives in a lobby or outdoors.

Display integration, indoor and outdoor

Indoor units — menu boards, wayfinding directories, promotional displays — integrate a commercial-grade panel, mounting hardware, power distribution, and control electronics into the enclosure as a single unit. Outdoor and semi-outdoor builds step up to high-brightness, sun-readable displays rated for direct sun exposure and a Mojave-heat duty cycle, sealed against dust and moisture.

Turn-key integration and 100% final test

A dedicated assembly department handles kitting, sub-assembly, and electro-mechanical integration — from the wiring harness through the finished cabinet with its display, power, and controls wired and dressed. Every unit finishes at a dedicated final-test station before it ships; nothing leaves the floor without a pass. Production runs from single prototypes to 50,000 units, with typical lead times of 10–12 weeks for complete assemblies.

Proven in the field: RTC of Southern Nevada

Nevatronix is the OEM and manufacturer of the transit-shelter systems deployed by the RTC of Southern Nevada — roughly 550 shelters across two program runs (2022 and 2026), engineered and built in Las Vegas. Each shelter pairs a powder-coated steel structure with an integrated high-brightness outdoor display, built to survive the Mojave sun and a hard, unattended transit duty cycle — the same enclosure and display integration disciplines that go into every digital signage build we ship.

Every program runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system (NSF-ISR registered), in a UL-authorized facility, on a certified MIE Trak Pro ERP for production control and traceability.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I get custom digital menu boards made in Las Vegas?
Nevatronix designs and manufactures custom digital menu boards and signage enclosures in-house at our Las Vegas facility — sheet-metal enclosure, powder-coat finish, display and electro-mechanical integration, and 100% functional test before it ships. Runs scale from prototypes to 50,000 units.
Who manufactures wayfinding displays in Nevada?
Nevatronix builds wayfinding and directory displays in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the OEM — we handle the structure, the integrated display, power, and controls as one accountable program, then deploy and support them.
Can you build outdoor digital signage that survives the Mojave heat?
Yes. We manufacture the transit-shelter displays deployed by the RTC of Southern Nevada using high-brightness, sun-readable outdoor displays in powder-coated steel structures engineered for the Mojave sun and a hard outdoor duty cycle.
Do you handle the whole display — enclosure, electronics, and integration?
Yes — it is turn-key. A dedicated assembly department handles kitting, sub-assembly, and electro-mechanical integration from a wiring harness to a complete cabinet with integrated displays, power, and controls, finishing at a final-test station.
What production volumes and lead times can you support?
Volumes run from single prototypes to 50,000 units on short and long runs. Typical lead times are 3–4 weeks for piece parts and 10–12 weeks for complete assemblies, with rush services available.
What certifications back your digital signage builds?
Every build runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system (NSF-ISR registered), in a UL-authorized facility, with production control and full traceability on a certified MIE Trak Pro ERP.
