From concept to production floor
Every kiosk program starts with the customer’s intent, not a template. For Everi, an executive handed the team an Airbus A380 first-class-seat concept image and asked for that look in a kiosk; Nevatronix carried it from rendering to working prototype in 10 weeks, launched it at the Global Gaming Expo, and it became Everi’s highest-selling kiosk design to date. That same concept-through-prototype discipline — industrial design, engineering, and a fast first build — applies to every new kiosk program, gaming or otherwise.
Value engineering to cut cost
Kiosks that are already in the field are frequent candidates for redesign, not just replacement. For ecoATM, Nevatronix took over production of a legacy kiosk, ran a small build to fully understand the existing design intent, then re-engineered the next-generation unit around customer experience and total cost — cutting the per-unit cost of acquisition by more than 50% while improving attraction lighting, ergonomics, and serviceability. Thousands of the redesigned units are now deployed across U.S. retail. The same value-engineering pass — reduce part count, simplify the enclosure, tighten the assembly sequence — is available on any kiosk design a customer brings in.
Markets served
Kiosk programs run across gaming, fintech, POS/retail, and vending — cash-handling and payment terminals, loyalty and player-tracking kiosks, self-checkout and ordering stations, and automated retail and recycling kiosks. Every enclosure is built to the same standard regardless of market: welded and finished sheet-metal structure, kitted and wired as a complete cabinet, and verified at a dedicated final-test station before it leaves the floor.
Production scales from single prototypes to 50,000 units, with typical lead times of 3–4 weeks for piece parts and 10–12 weeks for complete assemblies. Every program runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system (NSF-ISR registered), in a UL-authorized facility, on a certified MIE Trak Pro ERP for production control and traceability.
